You're improving a lot, well done! I like how the colours you've used compliment each other. Careful using photoshop filters - they give a tacky look to it. Also, be careful of taking photos of yourself where you can see the arm taking the photo, it looks unprofessional. I like the clouds, but be careful you don't overdo it with other various brushes and stuff, keep things simple! Simple = interest. It just appears cluttered if you add too much.
All that being said, I'm really liking where your going - keep it up!
